Topo Gigio was a TV program created by María Perego in 1958. It's first edition was on 1959 in the italian program Canzonissima and the original voice was done by Peppino Mazzullo.
In Argentina Topo Gigio premiered on 1968 in Teleonce (Telefé now) in the segment "La Galera". In 1987, Channel 11 (Argentina) broadcasted the show on wednesday night under the name "La Hora del Topo Gigio" with the group "Las Primas". The show also reached theatres in Buenos Aires as a kids show called "Las Primas del Topo Gigio."
